OFFICE MANAGER
Angie joined Masley Optimal Health Center in 2007 as the patient services coordinator and has worked with and helped patients in one capacity or another ever since. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Florida and Prior to joining the team, Angie worked for a large healthcare system creating corporate wellness programs across the Tampa Bay Area as well as assisting in the development of their executive health program. She is a native Floridian and enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and home renovation projects.
Exercise Physiologist
Heather joined the team back in November of 2018 after completing her Masters in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Mount Union in Ohio that she received before moving down to Tampa for graduate school. Heather has always had a passion for health and wellness and competed in a variety of sports growing up. After starting with the practice, she discovered her interest in functional medicine and is currently studying to complete a Functional Nutrition Certification to better serve the growing patient population at Forbes.
In her free time, Heather likes to workout, cook new recipes, and spend time with friends.
MARKETING COORDINATOR
Shanon has a Master’s in Business Communication and moved to the sunshine state in 2003 after finishing her graduate program. She was an account executive for several years until 2013 when she welcomed newborn triplets. She joined Forbes part-time in 2019 and has grown into an administrative role and is in charge of all marketing efforts within the practice.
Medical Assistant
Aryon enthusiastically joined the team in December of 2022. She holds an Associate in Arts degree in Health and Human Services and plans to finish nursing school by 2024. She has worked as a Medical Assistant since 2019 gaining multiple years of experience in the medical field. Aryon is passionate about helping people and is looking forward to growing with the practice.
MEDICAL ASSISTANT
Kristen graduated from the University of South Florida in 2019 where she received her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. Following graduation, she began working within different environments of the medical field and found her interests favoring natural and preventative medicine. Though she is early in her career, Kristen is enthusiastic to learn and grow within our clinic.
In her free time, Kristen teaches dance at studios in the Tampa and St. Petersburg areas and spends time with her friends and family.
